   • Bookings must be completed at least 72 hours before the meeting time. All necessary waivers and information are provided electronically to ensure a smooth experience.
3. What should I bring and how should I prepare?
   • Dress appropriately for an outdoor adventure, and don't forget to bring a camera to capture the stunning views. Check your email (including spam) for the Passenger Awareness Documentation which needs to be signed electronically.
4. Where do we meet and what are the facilities like?
   • We'll meet in Santa Rosa, near the Sonoma Airport, which offers plenty of safe parking, a nearby gas station, Starbucks, and restrooms.
5. What happens if the flight cannot proceed as scheduled?
   • You'll receive a 'GoNoGo' confirmation at least one hour before the meeting time. In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the flight may be rescheduled.
